Ultimate Pinnacle Ops
Some feedback from an average player.
I'm not in the top 10%, hopefully not the bottom 10% either, I am, by definition where most of the player base is - the middle 80%.
I had a run at Vox Obscura for the Horrors Least and the revive timer reached 0 as I entered the boss room so my 14 respawns disappeared.
This means I now need to solo flawless the boss to get a drop which is a bit of an ask.
I'm not about to 'get gud' as I'm 56 with a job and a house.
A rethink of the Ultimate level for solo players would be great, either more time or keeping some revives in some way.
30/35 minutes to not get a drop is no fun at all so I went and did something else, along with most of the player base.

2 RepliesI'd rather they just get rid of power deltas. No reason to have a level system if the enemy is always going to be stronger than you. And if we shouldn't be allowed to benefit from leveling up, they should have no say in how easily we get the best rewards. I don't care that "it's their game and they can do whatever they want", players want their time and effort to be respected, it's as simple as that. And considering how many of those activities DON'T have matchmaking, are WAY overtuned, and lfg is basically dead if Xbox lfg is anything to go by (would on average range from 200-250 posts at any given time back in Heresy), finding a group to do these activities that aren't supposed to be done alone is even harder and/ or more time consuming than it's supposed to be. And they're still making us wait until June before (hopefully) addressing this in some capacity, a week after the next Marathon season starts, so people are even less optimistic because they're expecting the game no one wanted to take full priority over Destiny.

No talking required, turn off your voice and text chats in game. This isn't elitist talk it's common sense. I'm not soloing Ultimate content unless I have a personal goal in mind which is usually going adventuring OOB. This franchise was never intended to be a solo player's game. To say Bungie has forgotten its solo players I think is a badge of accomplishment to them.

Timers in D2 are like communists running a game of thrones. I wouldn’t doubt many a bet has been made at HQ.

All of the pinnacle ops are so out of tune and they still haven't fix them after almost a year. Many of them you spawn with 1 revive that immediately gets spent by the team when the first thing you have to go through is a jumping puzzle. Just get rid of revive caps and timers already. You want to add difficulty make the enemies harder and/or higher in number.

I got Horror's Least from Ultimate Contest Of Elders with Randos, weeks ago. We ended at the Loot Room and my Postmaster was filled. You might have better chances there.
