Artifact upgrade

How about releasing this early? You must know what the upgrade will be already. I’ve got to the point where I’m just messing around with builds while waiting for the June drop. Having the upgrade earlier would add a bit more replayability as builds could evolve. Thanks.

I've done some wild ones, but the lack of Artifact synergy cripples most in any meaningful content.
