Hi, I’d like to appeal a temporary restriction placed on my account. The stated reason was that my network connection was causing issues for other players; however, I do not recall experiencing lag during gameplay, and I have video recordings that I believe support this. Also this was the first week back playing after a couple weeks off so I am confused. Could you please advise on the appeal process and how I can submit my evidence?

If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums. Your understanding in this is appreciated.

1 ReplyYou got report spammed by salty players on losing side causing this. Appeal does nothing. So far worst i got were a day then two weeks with stable connection (no packet loss, ports forwarded) D2 community likes to spam bad connection report on console pvp so no fix is in sight.
