Not sure why Bungie decided to completely abandon these perks instead of changing them up a bit. These are pretty good and interesting perks. Bottomless grief has a really easy change that could do to make it much better. Have it as it is but make it trigger in solo as well. It makes no sense because the buff it gives is not so strong that solo clearing stuff would be a breeze, i mean it just increases your magazine size. It is also not a helpful perk in higher tier content like Gm. You won't really pull of any clutch revives because you had a few extra bullets. Celerity makes more sense. Increased Handling, Reload speed, Target acquisition and Flinch resistance when you are the only one alive. Helpful stuff in pvp. Wish we got more perks like these, could help diverse the otherwise static rolls.
