New player can't log in
Hello. A friend invited me to play this game. He's registered in the CIS, and so am I. He's been playing (for a while now), but when I open the game, I only get Destiny 2: Renegades (the DLC hasn't been purchased), and when I try to continue, I get a Tapir error. We purchased the "Witch Queen" expansion, and the result is the same. How can I play this game? Thank you.

CIS region accounts and location is blocked so it is working as intended for you. Your friends account is etiher not located in CIS region, was not created in CIS region, or got on a lucky side of a bug. I am sure if you list their account info Bungie would be happy to include in the restricted area.
