I bought the warlock,hunter,and titan lvl 40 packs
I logged in my warlock slot,I came to redeem it and it gave me all and not just warlock,so I went to the vault and put the stuff there(exp item,lvl 40 loot items,etc) and when I made hunter slot it didn't give it to me,nor was it able to redeem it,I tried uninstalling and installing it again,I tried removing the add on and re-adding nothing worked,pls I paid money for it I'm trying to get the stuff I paid for

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. For Destiny 1, the level boost packs (Spark‑of‑Light style items and their gear) are single‑use per purchase when they are redeemed on your account. Once you claim and use the pack on a character: The boost and “pack” itself can’t be used again on other characters, even if you move the gear to the Vault or delete the original character. Any gear you moved to the Vault is just the items from that original redemption; the system does not give a fresh copy of the pack for new characters. Because Destiny 1 is now in legacy support, we’re not able to re‑grant or replace these packs or manually add items to your account, and we also can’t provide refunds for store purchases. If you believe the offer didn’t match what you received, your best option is to contact your platform’s support (PlayStation/Xbox) with your purchase details and ask them about possible refund options.
