only missing out on the Panoply armor which is the same as the last IB, and the trace rifle and rocket launcher. everything else can be bought from Saladin in the Tower, although costs too much in my opinion. trace rifle and rocket launcher are just variants of existing weapons, nothing impressive, even the treatments for tier 5 "shiny's" are underwhelming, but I sympathize with the desire to play, even when the event and loot is phenomenally disappointing. Sorry you'll miss it.
