Account stuck at 300 power – Activity Power Disabled – Cross Save issue
My account is stuck at 300 power.
All gear drops are capped at 300 and activity power is disabled in all playlists.
I am using cross-save from PlayStation to Xbox.
I have completed New Light and intro quests but progression is not updating.
Other players are around 550 while I remain stuck at 300.
Please check if my account is stuck in a legacy progression state.
Please if anybody could help

Edited by EckyThump: 4/15/2026 12:10:29 AMHey there. In the current Power progression system, you are well above the point where 'normal' loot drops will increase your Power. You need to do Portal activities, the ones that offer bonus drops, and get a high grade in them, to progress up from 300 towards 550. Apart from that, I think only the latest Dungeon and Raid offer a boost to someone at your level; the content you've been playing only gives normal drops.
