No preview, no way to see what you’re getting, and once you use it, it’s gone. On top of that, they’re rare drops. It’s not a huge issue on its own, but it’s this exact pattern—small, frustrating design choices stacking up over time—that wears people down. Season after season, year after year, it adds up… and it’s exactly the kind of thing that slowly pushes players away.
