The Alter of Reflection: Catalyst mission has been bugged for months and is completely unable to be completed. After completing the puzzle and entering the room with enemies, the shrieker boss refuses to open no matter what, making it unkillable and the mission impossible to progress. This prevents progress in Witch Queen quests that have you complete the Alter of Reflection mission. A resolution or fix or anything I could do to circumvent this issue would be greatly appreciated.
