Hi, I completed Zero Hour on Expert difficulty multiple times. On at least two of those completions, I personally opened the final chest. The mission end screen shows Expert completion, and I have attached a screenshot from one of those completions, but the Outbreak Perfected catalyst still did not unlock afterward. I have also already completed the related upgrade steps tied to the mission, including the relevant quest progression, all switches, and the puzzles on Expert mode. Despite that, the catalyst remains unavailable in game and still appears locked in Collections and at the Enclave. I also crafted a new Outbreak Perfected to test whether the issue was tied to doing the run-through specific copy of the weapon, but the catalyst option remains unavailable there as well post-compleiton. It is not showing up as acquired in inventory/Collections either. Has anyone had this exact issue and actually gotten it resolved? I would also appreciate any help from Bungie support here, if possible, as this really seems to be a missing item issue at this point.
