Partition Bugged !!
No matter what I use, sparrow or hoverboard it wont let me jump over the second section ?

For now, do the jump as far as you can on the sparrow, jump off it then jump up/grapple up and resume. If you can't get it, I'm happy to jump on for a few minutes to quickly run it; it'll need to be within the next 30-40 minutes though.
