About a month ago, I submitted a request to 'delete account information.' Later, because I waited too long for a response, I decided to cancel it. Now my Destiny 2 account has been banned.
My current questions are:
When submitting a 'Delete Account Information' form, as long as the verification process is completed, will the account be immediately banned, and even if a revocation form is submitted later, can it not be restored?
Does the 'Delete Account Information' process include unlinking the Bungie account from its linked accounts (Steam, Xbox, etc.)?
Also, I want to register a new Bungie account on the same Steam account. Is there any method or channel to do this?

The ban cannot be appealed as you've revoked the rights from Bungie to process your information for that Bungie account alongside its linked platform accounts and they do not offer a way for you to restore those rights.
Does the 'Delete Account Information' process include unlinking the Bungie account from its linked accounts (Steam, Xbox, etc.)?
The Bungie account gets anonymized but Bungie will still keep relevant information such as the platform accounts that were linked to it for legal/game security purposes.
Also, I want to register a new Bungie account on the same Steam account. Is there any method or channel to do this?
No, due to a few reasons. Firstly, banned accounts cannot be authenticated. Secondly, the March 25th linking change removed the ability to unlink platform accounts except Twitch from Bungie accounts. Thirdly, even if neither of the above points applied - you have still revoked the rights from Bungie to process that Steam accounts information so even if you could link it - all you would have been doing is moving a banned account to a different Bungie profile.

Hey there, the account anonymisation process means you are ending your agreement with Bungie that lets them handle your personally identifiable information.
When submitting a 'Delete Account Information' form, as long as the verification process is completed, will the account be immediately banned, and even if a revocation form is submitted later, can it not be restored?
I assume it is not placed immediately, there's probably some kind of queue. I do not believe there is a revocation form, but I understand that this kind of ban can't be appealed.
Does the 'Delete Account Information' process include unlinking the Bungie account from its linked accounts (Steam, Xbox, etc.)?
No it does not. It anonymises personally identifiable data, it does not delete a Bungie Account or the links it holds.
Also, I want to register a new Bungie account on the same Steam account. Is there any method or channel to do this?
No there is not, as it already has a Bungie Account, and furthermore, the Steam account will have received a game ban as part of the process.
