The Sweet Business Catalyst is a random drop from Strikes or Crucible, just like many other legacy catalysts. When it drops, there’s no separate quest; you just get a popup and the catalyst appears in the weapon’s socket, ready to level. Two things that might be blocking you: Too many unfinished catalysts Players have noticed there seems to be a soft cap on how many unstarted/uncompleted catalysts you can hold—new ones stop dropping until you finish some of the ones you already have. If you’ve got a bunch of half-done catalysts from over the years, pick a few easy ones and finish them off first. RNG and activity choice Run Vanguard Ops / Nightfalls or core Crucible with Sweet Business equipped in as many drops as possible. Those are the listed sources. So, doing The Queen Beckons five times hasn’t helped because it can’t; it only ever awards the gun. To move the catalyst, you’ll want to: Complete a couple of other old catalysts you’re sitting on. Grind strikes or Crucible matches (with SB equipped) until the Sweet Business catalyst drops, then check the catalyst slot on the weapon.
