If your name has been changed to "Redacted####", that means all or part of it violated the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide]Bungie Name policies[/url] and/or ToS and was manually changed by Bungie staff after reviewing the reported name. Bungie will not reissue another token for intentionally moderated names. You can change the name to something else if you still have a name change available. Note that you will likely not be able to reuse the same name that was last moderated, and choosing a very similar name risks moderation again. If you have used up all of your name changes and cannot interact with the name field, then it will remain "Redacted3103" until Bungie issues all players another name change in the future. For DLC refunds you would need to review the refund policies of the platform(s) you purchased from.
