They're aware of the issue. The event seals have a bug that means they sometimes disappear when Bungie are prepping their events for returning, for example Avant-Garde had its triumphs updated last Tuesday and is scheduled for April (as far as the content calendar goes). The seals will either be fixed in an update or return by themselves once their respective events launch if Bungie don't get to them before that.
