Please try the following steps: Refresh your Destiny data Log fully into Destiny 2 on the account you’re verifying. On each character, equip a different emblem (swap to something else, wait a moment, then swap again if needed). Return to orbit, then close the game completely. Retry the SMS verification Go back to https://www.bungie.net and sign in. Go to Profile > Settings > Account Security (or the page you were using to add SMS). Try adding/validating your mobile number again (no VOIP / app numbers).
