My Bungie account is banned. Last year, in the midst of a struggle with depression following my father's death, I thought I'd never play games again and wanted to delete my Bungie account. At the last minute, I didn't complete the process, and some time later, I received an email saying they were going to process the deletion request. Time passed, and I could still see my characters in the app. A couple of weeks ago, they were gone. It seems my account is suspended. For the past couple of months, with the support of my family, friends, a psychologist, and a psychiatrist, I've been doing better. I'm regaining my enthusiasm for everything—going out, playing games, etc. I'd like to ask that you please unblock my account or at least release my PSN so I can play Marathon with my PSN and my friends. It was a mistake to start that request. Can I recover my account or have my PSN released, please? Thank you very much. 🙏🏼
Can I recover my account or have my PSN released, please?
That won't happen. A privacy request ban cannot be reverted as you've withdrawn all consent for Bungie to process your information. You will have to use another account.
