New player here. I am very confused and disheartened. I have been playing server slam since Thursday release and have reached level 23. Upon coming home from work today so I could continue to play and hit lvl 30 for max server slam rewards, I am greeted with a your account is banned page. I looked into the code of conduct and I have done nothing against it, even though I already knew. I have never been toxic in game, my name was not offensive at all, and I have NEVER cheated in any game in my life. Always been against cheating scum. I am bummed now because I don't know where to go for help to get this fixed by the end of the server slam, which means I wont be able to hit lvl30 of which I got so close too. I have also had the deluxe edition pre-ordered forever, and a couple nice days off approved for release andnow for what? A game i am banned on for no reason? They might not even see the appeal request on Monday. I am really hoping a post here helps get this cleared up faster as this has really put a damper on my excitment about this game ive been hyping up and looking forward to recently also it would be nice if there was a list of programs that flag bans or false bans from bungie as i read they dont like third party software. I use process lasso, riva tuner , afterburner , pegasus , nvidia broadcast and I also stream and have been streaming all my server slam with OBS. Would any of those programs cause issues? Im just at loss man. This sucks
