You still need to complete the collections badge, from which you are missing: - Cloudstrike (higher difficulty empire hunts) - Arctic Haze (RNG drop - Variks has a 'Europa Auto Rifle' quest that gives it) - Europan Eclipse Emblem (Hunting Party triumph - While in a fireteam, defeat Champions in Empire Hunts on a higher difficulty). Once all 3 have been obtained, you'll finish that collections badge triumph and the seal will be yours.
