Issues with unlinking old PlayStation account which is no longer active
I am trying to link my current PlayStation account with my bungie account. I just got a new PS5 and even purchased Destiny 2 on PlayStation so I could enjoy the experience, turns out I have a super old Playstation account that I do not have access to anymore linked to my Bungie account. I need to unlink it and link my current one. My main account is my Xbox account. I am unable to sign into the old PS account. What should I do?

Not possible. As of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th 2025[/url] Bungie disabled the ability to unlink accounts except Twitch. Had that change not happened, you still would've needed access to the account to unlink it. Bungie will not unlink the account under any circumstances, it'll remain permanently linked.
