• Hi there, Contact your ISP or login to your ISP portal and turn off CGNAT. Whilst gaming CGNAT could force your router into "Strict NAT". Can also cause, high latency, or disconnection in peer to peer (P2P) games. Since Destiny 2 is a peer to peer, I would turn this off and make sure your router, has port forwarding correctly configured.

 • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your game is running slowly. As it is performing slowly on both the Xbox and Playstation consoles, this could potentially be a network issue. These issues can be caused by problems affecting your specific network hardware, packet loss, or greater issues affecting your ISP which are being passed on to you. To that point, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page. Following that, if issues still persist, we would recommend reaching out to your ISP for more hands-on assistance in troubleshooting your network setup.
