PLEASE open all lines of communication. They are delaying everything 3 months for substantial changes to the game but other than some already known or expected items we were told nothing. This was the same with the portal and everyone hates it. If they say everything planned now the community could provide appropriate feedback and instead of potentially wasting 3 months on something that might have to be reverted instead the development team could know what was looking good and what wasn't. Secondly my proudest idea is something that will be called augments very similar to banes but specific to enemies. For example dregs get mechanical arm augment that gives them two more arms to be similar to a vandal where they are able to hold more weapons and even after death you must shoot the mechanical arm to destroy it. Vandals have the shield augments where on the two arms they don't use they have shields similar to the wretches on kepler the strand ones. Captains and similar enemies could have disruptive augments where maybe they have adaptable shields where the first element they are hit by it now takes like 90% less damage from that so that way people cant just blow by them and have to think a little nothing crazy but it breaks stuff up. Now here's where I get crazy so raids are getting tiered and there was rumors of prestiging in destiny. What if we allowed prestiging on weapons so you get a tier 5 and use it till it has the experience to prestige now you must start over at tier 1(it'll keep the roll you got just locks stuff) now after reaching each prestige maybe for normal weapons you get to have every mag and barrel option the more you prestige. For high end content when you reach like 10 prestiges you get the third column unlocked. I know this is insane power creep but its an mmo so high end content must stand out. Now the weapon has 3 perks. The only way to get a weapon capable of prestiging that many times is you have to do the highest of high end content so like epic raid with all modifiers on. Now remove cutthroat and add new modifiers. One that makes enemies more aggressive and smart. More cover in raid arenas for enemies to use. Certain spots have like vex milk or taken blight so you can't stand in certain spots (potentially changing dps strats) stuff like that. NOW for my final trick add specific loot so for example everyone's favorite caldera solo ops has you can now choose to do the fallen version or vex version. Within each version has like a 1% chance to drop an enemy specific weapon maybe a gl that is now a slug frame launcher that shoots like the captains lob cannon. The vex version could have a linear fusion that shoots like a hobgoblin and leaves a quick damaging trail of damage because there beam kinda lingers. ON TOP of this add faction wars we are allied with nearly everyone in the game but we still fight them. This could easily be explained that factions break or in the vacuum of power all trying to claim something. Make war fronts on patrol zones. Mini missions you can do for each faction similar to renegades but on a smaller scale. This will allow you to earn experience to level up and grab the armor sets with specific bonuses to that race. There will also be cosmetics, titles, and potentially a curated roll for the weapons so you can try them out and see if you wanna grind that weapon. Also forgot to mention but each completion improves chances for the weapon drop chance so doing caldera a million times you will get it guaranteed eventually. This chance resets after a drop. Finally to integrate into the orders since they are good there are hidden exotic orders for each faction that can appear and you can get a race specific exotic. For the fallen again you could get the wretch glaive with the strand shield and when you block damage it builds up a new bar that when fully charged you hold reload to load the stand launcher shot to suspend anything in a large radius. This is a rant and I apologize for poor grammar but I think this could be an interesting idea
