Really specific cross save issue
Hello, I recently bought a pc and wanted to play with my xbox account, I go to try and link it and for some reason its already linked to an account I do not recognize, come to find out my younger brother linked his steam to that account and now I can’t link it. And to add the cherry on top, i bought silver a month or so before I got my pc and cannot disable the cross save, so i have to wait like…5-6 months ish? before i can play on my steam account, is there any way i can link it to my steam? does bungie allow unlinking a single account? please help!

Due to the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th linking change[/url] you cannot unlink any platform accounts except Twitch. So even if you did disable cross-save - you cannot unlink the currently linked Steam account. There are no situations where you will be able to link your Xbox and Steam account now. Bungie will also not unlink the account under any circumstances. [quote][b]Destiny Player Support and Bungie cannot modify platform accounts linked to Bungie.net profiles.
