Trying to get the last message for for the vespers quest (Rogue Network) as it is the last dungeon title I have left to complete. I ran the dungeon initially with someone who had not run the quest yet and we experienced the predicted bugs. After the other person abandoned the quest and we went back in, the quest progressed fine, allowing me to obtain 5 out of the 6 messages. That player then had to leave, so someone else who also didn't have the quest (this person had already completed it previously) joined. It was at this point the operator/scanner tubs would not spawn even though it was the same instance. Since then I have reloaded and gone back to that point solo, abandoned the quest, picked it back up and went through the dungeon again, and also tried it on a different character. All these resulted in the tubs not spawning. Is the only option at this point going to be finding someone on the exact same quest step? Currently locked out of obtaining the dungeon title as a result of this.
