Hey there. If you're trying to completely reset a character's progress, or completely reset account progress, this can't be done. Deleting and recreating characters will reset most things but will not undo triumphs, collections, etc relating to that class, and there are likely a few things that will not be reset. If you're literally trying to delete everything and do not intend to continue playing, if you are in the EU or the state of California, then you can request an account anonymisation through the privacy request form. This does not 'delete' any game data however, and also comes with permaban for all linked accounts.
