Subject: Inquiry Regarding BungieID Change Issue – February 18, 2026
Dear Bungie Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered while using the complimentary name change feature to update my BungieID earlier today, February 18, 2026.
Originally, my BungieID was 创创子#1314. However, after completing the change process, my ID was unexpectedly updated to 曉山瑞希#6872. Specifically, the numerical suffix (the hashtag identifier) associated with my ID changed from #1314 to #6872, which I believe should not occur during a standard name change process.
I kindly request your help in investigating this matter. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if my original suffix (#1314) could be restored, or if alternative solutions could be discussed to resolve this issue.
