I've had this issue on my account for years now: whenever I've tried to login into the bungie help website to do something like submit cheater reports (and now the darkagehunt video submission), I just get booted to the bungie.net website. It will not let me sign in. So I had to use this alt account to submit the form, but I don't know if my video submission will even get approved since it's from a different account. It's just annoying that this is still an issue. I assume it's some sort of authentication error. I looked it up and I'm definitely not the only one who has encountered this. It's been an issue for years now. I would hope it isn't a shadowban from accessing those forms, but I guess anything is possible. If anyone knows what causes this or any fixes, that would be appreciated
