I wanted to play the free Raids with some friends. My support ticket got instantly shut down. Crazy how they want to kill this game with everything they've got. We cant play the raids because my friends need to verify SMS to play (????? like dumbest feature ever lol). And they cant because Bungo Servers dont work and you'll get an error Code (An unexpected error has occurred on Bungie's servers while trying to grab Destiny information. (1618)). I tried opening a ticket hoping they could manually verify their SMS or remove their need to do so as I didn't need to verify my SMS to play these free Raids.
