I am still having the Battleeye error when attempting to start the game.
10:30:03: Starting BattlEye Service...
10:30:04: Updating...
10:30:23: Update failed (1, 35). Please check your internet connection and/or firewall.
10:30:28: Launching game...
Then I get the following error code screen;
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."
I appreciate any help.....

BattlEye can't connect to its server to check for any update, hence the error (it won't allow the game to run in that state, that is).
