Why are the active order legendary mods tied to completing fireteam missions? I have spent a fortune in glimmer trying to get a legendary order, and all I get is common payouts. Trying to get opening salvo mod, I do play fireteam missions now and then, but usually run solo most of the time. The cost of a re-roll is ridiculous, also if doing GM's or ultimate through the portal surely we should be awarded pinnacle ops ciphers?
