Silver Lost
After enabling cross-save, Silver was removed from the EGS balance.
There were no characters on EGS before the purchase. They were not created after the purchase either. Is it possible to transfer the Silver or cancel the purchase due to the inability to manage the Silver?

1 ReplyHi there! Silver does not transfer between accounts through Cross Save. You will have to use any purchased Silver on that platform account.
