I logged in today for weekly reset and was hit with a splash screen that my bungie name has been changed to a Redacted name. My previous name was BBagginsMcSwaggins. It's not in violation to any of the listed banned name policies in the Bungie Name Guide (https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide), and while they use vague language to allow for other cases of a banned name, I have a VERY hard time imagining why this would possibly be a bannable name. I went to the Account page to attempt to change my name. I have never once changed my Bungie Name since making my account a few years ago. When I change my name on that Account page, I press Save and it... does nothing. I literally just cannot change my name. It's not telling me I'm out of name changes, in fact it tells me "you can only change it once", which I assumed meant that I still [i]have[/i] a change to use I'd love to know WHY my name was forcibly changed, and to be able to change it again AT ALL - though preferably, change it back to what it HAS BEEN for years now assuming that "BbagginsMcSwaggins" is not, in fact, breaking any company policy Bungie has. In scrolling through forum threads, I already have seen other threads of people complaining that Bungie doesn't have a direct help line. While I can understand why they do not, suffice to say the fact I can't contact a Bungie employee directly about this is more than a little frustrating.
