Tier 5 Armor piece doesn't have 11 Energy
Just noticed an armor piece I have (I think I got it from Zavala) is Tier 5, yet doesn't have 11 energy as it should, only 10.

1 ReplyUpgrade it to level 2 (or higher) and the 11th slot will open up.
