The Huckleberry that you have equipped on your Hunter shows that the catalyst is applied. That catalyst adds Kinetic Tremors to the Huckleberry. As for QuickSilver - the catalyst switches it to a Strand. Are you saying that your version is not getting switched? As for NTE - I honesty don't recall what the catalyst brought to this exotic outside of the time slip orb firing more often. Can you post screenshots of each of these weapons showing that the catalysts are not allowing you to apply them to their respective weapons? When you got the required kills to complete the catalyst you tried to apply it but it wouldn't apply? It's just a bit confusing because you say the weapons have the catalyst inserted.
