(Outrageous Fortune) Bug with Perk (Burning Ambition)
Weapon: Outrageous Fortune (Heavy Grenade Launcher)
Perk: Burning Ambition
Issue:
Burning Ambition is not working. Multiple hits with the weapon do not apply Scorch.
If the target already has Scorch applied from another source, hitting it with Outrageous Fortune does not add additional Scorch stacks.
