No, it cannot one shot, but mixing a smaller explosive round that travels much faster and tracks with a fusion rifle charge that’s a rifle(preferably a single shot for it to be cool, or very slow charging) would just be sick. This would be a heavy weapon but give it some solid ammo economy, but make it much worse than xeno and basically if a micro missile frame GL had a third more ammo but had a tracking round that would go stupidly fast
