I only lost 15 package approx., but at level 15 of Dawning achievement (unlocking the first guaranteed prismatic holo weapon skinned 5 Tier weapon)/ from the rewards progress counter), every single package contained a 5-Star Tier Weapon drop (one of 4-6 weapons, the 4 Dawning weapons and 2 other ones I think) and had approx. 1/4 a chance to be a holographic skinned Tier 5s. So if you would have opened your over 100 Gifts in Return on the last day having at least unlocked one holographic on the rewards progression for the event, you would have received over 100, Tier 5 Random Rolled Weapons to choose you favorite multi-God rolls from and essentially would have probably been able to essentially have any combination you could imagine at least once on each or the 6 weapons. They probably should have made that clear to you so you wouldn't have never opened one and it seems clear that with that many, you were well past the progression necessary to earn all Tier 5s.
