Hi there. If you submitted the ticket in November, I assume you're referring to the Bungie Bounty for Good on October 30? Please review the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498731-Contact-Form-Missing-Destiny-2-Contest-and-Purchased-Emblems]missing emblems form[/url] to make sure you met the requirements for submitting. As noted on the form, 30 days must have passed after the match you played before they will start to investigate. There is no set timeline for when Bungie responds to form requests so you will just have to wait for them to review. They get many requests, so it usually takes some time. Most Bungie employees were also off around Thanksgiving and several weeks between Dec-Jan, which would add to delays. If your ticket has been closed and you didn't get the emblem, then they determined you didn't qualify.
