Dungeon is bug
We did a run where someone already had gotten the catalyst and destroyed both blights in a single run to make progress toward the catalyst which seemed to have resulted in the mission progress being stuck at step 4

Step 4 is the blight puzzle in the sparrow race area of the first encounter. Seems your group missed this one….as there are 3 blight puzzles throughout dungeon.
