I can no longer play for more than an hour without the game closing with a Marmot error message.
I had to close the game, check the local files, delete them and restart them. Uninstall the game and even Steam to reinstall everything but nothing helps, I still have the problem... I launched "chkdsk" on my different hard drives but it tells me that everything is OK... My NVIDIA drivers are up to date and so is my BIOS.
The problem has been occurring since I changed computers (motherboard, RAM, graphics card). I kept the old power supply and the old hard drive (SSD).
I don't see what more I can do and it's really annoying.
If anyone has an idea...
THANKS

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Just to be sure, we recommend double checking that you've gone through all the troubleshooting mentioned on this page. If you have indeed tried everything else, including the Advanced Steps, then the issue may be related to your hard drive:
If the issue continues, it's possible that the hard drive is corrupted and may require a factory reset. Please be aware that this option can result in the complete removal of everything on the hard drive (if the "reset and keep games" option isn't selected) and should be a last resort option.
