Edit: looking at your Game History, you recently did Crux of Stasis from the Timeline - that has nothing to do with getting Stasis. Check the abandoned quest kiosk for 'Legacy: Beyond Light', if it isn't there - open Portal -> World -> Europa and see if there is a mission called 'Darkness Doorstep'
