Without further information/clarification, my immediate suspicion is that you currently have a maxed out stack of ten [b]Memory Vestige: Light[/b] in your Consumables Inventory, in which case the solution would be to [u]delete a single [b]Vestige[/b] then run a [b]Cyst[/b] Quest to collect another[/u]. Normally [b]Memory Vestiges[/b] (both Light and Dark) will be converted to a fully formed [b]Memory[/b] once ten have been collected, however there is a wrinkle to this system. If you are currently carrying a completed [b]Memory[/b] and earn enough [b]Vestiges[/b] to create another of the same type, the game will attempt to combine them, see you have a [b]Memory[/b] already and nothing will happen, leaving you with a stack of ten [b]Vestiges[/b]. The problem arises because the game only attempts to combine your [b]Vestiges[/b] at the moment the stack changes to ten; if you have ten on hand and spend the full [b]Memory[/b] in your Inventory in order to open a Chest, then gain addition [b]Vestiges[/b] the stack number does not increase (the extras are sent to your Postmaster) and the game is not prompted to combine them to create a full [b]Memory[/b]. So again, the solution is to delete one [b]Vestige[/b] bringing the stack down to nine, then go out and collect one more to force the game to try to combine the stack when it reaches ten once again.
