The last thing you want is more invis people sniping lmao. As for plan c, wasnt the whole point of the gun to be the first itteration of the legendary perk back up plan ? For pocket infinity we have mercyless, and since pocket infinity was a nightmare for them to fix, at a point it remained sunset forever...i think they wont even try to touch this weapon ever again lmao. A weapon i would love to see coming back would be the first curse, just for the gun model lmao.

Plan C and Universal Remote have been made obsolete through perks and the current weapon system respectfully. Pocket Infinity will never come back because Bungie doesn't want to deal with a gun like Telesto again. And Patience and Time was never a very memorable Exotic, so Bungie is probably in no rush to bring it back.

Patience and Time - Kinetic Rapid Fire SNR - Intrinsic: Lie in Wait - Aiming down sights for a short time grants invisibility, reduces scope flare, and improves damage. - Trait: Third Eye Blind - Precision final blows shortly after exiting invisibility immediately re-activate invisibility and reloads the weapon. - Catalyst: Assassin - While lie in wait is active, gain increased accuracy, range, and stability. Third Eye Blind now activates on Precision hits. Universal Remote - Kinetic Lightweight SG (Special) - Intrinsic: Haymaker - Dramatically increased ammo reserves. While aiming down sights, gain dramatically increased range and a pinpoint spread. (Shotgun from the hip, Aggressive Scout while ADS) - Trait: Crowd Control - Final Blows increase damage for a moderate duration. Stacks up to 10x. Reaching specific stacks returns ammo to the magazine. (5% per stack. Stacks last 10s. Gain 3 ammo upon reaching stacks 5 and 10, and 1 every stack refresh after 10). - Catalyst: Scrappy - When in combat for a long duration, this weapon gains improved fire rate, handling, and Ammo Generation. The First Curse - Void 90 RPM HC (Special) - Intrinsic: Deadeye - Dramatically increased range, accuracy and strafe speed while ADS. The first precision kill of the magazine reloads it, further boosting range, stability and precision damage until your next reload. - Trait: Triple Tap - Catalyst: Phantom Gift - While Deadeye is active, precision hits weaken targets. Defeating weakened targets causes it to spread to other nearby enemies.

Plan C and Pocket Infinity are essentially perks in D2. Legendary fusions today are immensely better than these exotics were. It's unlikely anyone would use P&T over Cloudstrike in PvP. Universal Remote is literally Cerberus+1.

I played D1 for years and the only exotics I got were zalo, a helmet for my warlock (can't remember which) and a cape for the Hunter (don't remember what it did). I was never very lucky. I nearly had heart failure when I got a good roll for Palindrome...I think I cried. 😭
