You also do know that the 2 enemies you listed are usually almost always used as mini bosses and have high damage weapons for a reason, right? Damage reduction also doesn't mean you become immune to damage. This also seems more like your own issue seeing as how i haven't been 1 or 2 shot by any of that and without any damage reduction. The raid and dungeon cheating also can't be prevented by a system that isn't designed to find those who net limit in those activities. A lot of you just do nothing but complain about everything and blame everything on others or something else. The best part is how when looking at most peoples setups that they keep getting downed with, it usually shows the very reason why a majority of you have these issues.
