Unable to access the chests for Syndicate rewards
As the title says, I haven't been able to open the chests with the syndicates that require reputation. Currently rank 4 with the Totality division and when attempting to interact with the chest, I get the message "Totality Division Reputation Not Unlocked"

If you experience this beyond the above troubleshooting, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what you're experiencing. A clip showing you have sufficient reputation to open the chest, and yet cannot, would be ideal. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate.
