Dear Bungie Support Team
About two months ago, I made the mistake of lending my Destiny 2 account to a friend. The next day, I was banned when I logged back in. Recently, after two months away, I logged in again and was able to play normally for a few hours without any issues. I then logged out to play another game, but when I tried to log back in shortly after, the ban message reappeared and I was restricted again.
I have never used cheats, hacks, macros, or any third-party software. The only violation was sharing my account credentials, which I now fully understand is against Bungie's policies. I sincerely apologize for this error and take full responsibility—I am the account owner and should have secured it better.
I have regained full control of my account, and no one else will ever access it again. I am a dedicated player who loves Destiny 2 and promises to strictly follow all rules moving forward. Please review my case and consider lifting the restriction for a second chance. Thank you for your time.
Best regards,

Ban = you get a "Not so fast" (translated in the different languages supported by the game, of course) message as you try to log in the game. It never expires. Restriction = you get a restriction notice upon logging for the first time (after a restriction has been placed) in the game. It lasts 2 weeks (for the first restriction) and then 2 months (for all following restrictions).
