How long is support supposed to take?
As the subject says, how long is support supposed to take to do anything with a ticket?
I've been resubmitting the same ticket going on 5 years now and not once has a ticket been handled, just quietly closed.
Every 6 months I'd re-open the ticket and it'd sit there for 6 months never touched then closed.
Right now I've got the same song and dance going. 5 months, no response despite lots and lots of information, documentation and everything possible to just complete silence. The ticket system even shows that the ticket's never touched by support and gets closed by the automated system due to lack of interaction

8 RepliesHey there, what is the ticket for? Ban appeal? I'm assuming that since you haven't played since 2020. A response is not guaranteed in that case. Bungie will only respond to a ban appeal if they intend to overturn the ban, or require further information. As mentioned on the appeal page, requests for information about the ban will be ignored so that is not something you should expect. Bungie may not close the ticket after review. I believe this is to catch repeat appeals, which are not allowed. Those are likely being auto closed because of this. The guidance we have been given is that if you do not get a response within 4-6 weeks of submitting the ticket, then the ban is being upheld.
