As the subject says, how long is support supposed to take to do anything with a ticket?
I've been resubmitting the same ticket going on 5 years now and not once has a ticket been handled, just quietly closed.
Every 6 months I'd re-open the ticket and it'd sit there for 6 months never touched then closed.
Right now I've got the same song and dance going. 5 months, no response despite lots and lots of information, documentation and everything possible to just complete silence. The ticket system even shows that the ticket's never touched by support and gets closed by the automated system due to lack of interaction
