Scout need serious buffs

I have seen lot HCs, Autos and pulses outclass against scout on pvp. Legendary scouts need buffs like speed or damages. The Jade Rabbit stay where it is, it not need buffs. I hope 180 rpm scout make improvements.

Scout rifles are fine, the issue is you're trying to use a scout rifle as an smg. Stay at scout range and you'll be fine
